iYogi technicians assisted me in the past. I now have some basic questions regarding iYogi services. When I attempted a chat, I was experiencing some difficulty typing my message. The operator obviously became impatient and upset. The chat was disconnected and I was barred from future chats. As this problem was not intentional on my part and has been resolved, I hope I can be allowed future chats.
